At Pure Hiki Sauna, we are committed to making our mobile sauna experience as accessible and inclusive as possible. We aim to ensure that all guests feel welcome, supported and able to enjoy the benefits of sauna use in a safe and comfortable way.

Physical accessibility:
As a mobile sauna, access may vary depending on the terrain and setup at each location.
The sauna requires stepping up 3 steps into the sauna.
if you have mobility limitations, please contact us in advance so we can advise on the suitability of the specific location and discuss any adjustments we can make.
Visual & auditory accessibility:
Our team is happy to provide a verbal description of space, layout and safety features
Guests with hearing or visual impairments are welcome to bring a companion at no extra charge.
Neurodiversity & sensory considerations:
We understand that sauna environments can be intense. We are happy to explain the process step by step and allow time for you to enter, settle or exit.
Quiet sessions may be arranged from time to time when possible.
Health & Safety:
We encourage all guests to consult their GP & share relevant health concerns before their session so we can support your wellbeing.
If you require assistance with timing, hydration reminders, or temperature adjustments, our team is here to help.
