1. General Information
1.1 Pure Hiki Mobile Sauna ("we, us, our") operates as a mobile, wood fired sauna hire service.
1.2 These Terms and conditions govern all bookings, payments, and use of our sauna.
1.3 We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
2 Bookings & Payments
2.1 All bookings must be made through our website or approved communication channels.
2.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
2.3 your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and you have received a booking confirmation email.
2.4 The maximum number of users per booking is 6 persons. This limit must not be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.
3. Waiver & Health Declaration
3.1 All participants must sign our waiver and health declaration form in advance of their session.
3.2 Failure to complete the waiver means you cannot use the sauna and no refund will be offered.
3.3 Users must confirm that they are fit to use a sauna and have no medical conditions that may be aggravated by heat exposure (eg., cardiovascular issues, pregnancy, respiratory conditions, certain medications).
4. Safety & Use of the Sauna
4.1 The sauna is wood fired. Only our staff may operate, light, or adjust the fire.
4.2 Users must follow all instructions given by staff and comply with safety guidelines displayed in or around the sauna.
4.3 No alcohol, drugs or intoxicated individuals are permitted in or around the sauna.
4.4 Children under 16 years old are not permitted in the sauna.
4.5 Bring your own towels, robes, flip flops, and drinking water.
4.6 No official changing facilities are available users must plan accordingly.
4.7 Users must be respectful of the equipment, surroundings and other sauna users. Damage caused by misuse may incur charges.
5. Arrival & Late Policy
5.1 Please arrive on time for your booking.
5.2 Late arrival may reduce your session time no refunds or extension will be provided.
5.3 If you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time without notice, the session may be cancelled without refund.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
6.1 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking will be refunded or rescheduled.
6.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non refundable.
6.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, equipment failure, or staff illness. In such cases a full refund or new date will be offered.
7. Liability & Responsibility
7.1 Sauna use involves heat exposure and carries inherent risk. Users accept full responsibility for their own health and safety.
We are not liable for:
- Any injury arising from misuse or failure to follow instructions.
- Medical issues arising from sauna use.
-Loss or damage to personal belongings.
7.2 You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your participation or behaviour on site.
8. Conduct & Behaviour.
8.1 Abusive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
8.2 Users must be respectful of staff, neighbours, and the local environment.
9 Privacy & Data Protection
9.1 We collect only the information necessary to process your booking and ensure safety.
9.2 Personal information is handled securely and not shared with third parties except as required by law.
9.3 By booking, you consent to use of your data for communications related to your session.
We are a mobile sauna business and may operate from various outdoor locations including car parks, farm shops, sports venues, events and private sites ("operating sites")
Although we may be located on the premises of another business eg a farm shop) we are an independent operator. The hosting venue is not responsible for our services, safety procedures, bookings, payments, or customer supervision.
