Refund Policy

You are welcome to adjust your booking on the website or by contacting us at purehiki@yahoo.com /  07766110277 up to 48 hours in advance of your session. Cancellations are fully refundable within 48 hours notice. Bookings cancelled after the 48 hour period are non refundable. 

If we are forced to close due to extreme weather or for safety issues, rescheduling or a full refund will be offered.
